He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Grossenbacher and Joy L Grossenbacher (Pongrat). He is survived by: his children, Max Jr. and Amy Long (Charles); his granddaughters, Savanah Fulton (Andrew) and Trisha Gibbs; his great grandchildren, Jayden and Jett Fulton; and his siblings, Mark Grossenbacher, Bob Grossenbacher (Lisa) and Sherry Holinbaugh (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
