She is survived by: her children, Fred Clarke, Jr. (Deborah) of St Louis, MO, Debora Mathey (Steve) of Chillicothe, OH, Kim Clarke (Deborah) of Dover, Paul Clarke (Carma) of Mineral City, Tricia Horn (John) of Galena, OH and Lori Blacka (Mark) of Bolivar; her grandchildren, Shane Mathey (Julie), Heather Young (Jim), Jason Clarke (Tricia), Todd Mathey (Kris), Jeffrey Clarke (Lauren), Kimberly Karl (Chris), Heidi Keen (Mike), Hollie Krebbs (Andrew), Whitney Porter (Nick), Matthew Clarke, Amber Paschke, Ryan Blacka, Morgan Blacka and Taylor Horn; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy and Faye Phillips.
