He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Hawthorne. He is survived by: his parent Oda Snyder Hawthorne; his spouse Debra Scott; his children, Zachary Hawthorne (Pamela) of Mineral City and April Bonvechio (Scott) of Dover; and his grandchildren, Allie Bonvechio, Alex Bonvechio and Anna Bonvechio. He is also survived by numerous siblings, nieces and nephews.
