He was predeceased by: his parents, John Givens and Wilma Givens; and his brothers, John and Bill. He is survived by: his children, Deanna (Shawn), Scott (Janet) and Becky (Lincoln); his grandchildren, Alix, Zach, Hunter, Austin, Kaley, Kasie, Nathan, Tyler, Michael and Carson; his close friend Gail Gibbs; and his brothers, Denny (Judy), Jerry (Bonnie) and Bob (Kim).
