It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freda Johnstone of Mineral City, Ohio, born in Zoarville, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Westbrook and Bertha Westbrook (Clarkston); her husband Robert "Mike" Johnstone; her son Robert Johnstone; her granddaughter Christina Kennison; her son-in-law Roger Harman; her brothers, Dale and Paul Westbrook; and her brothers-in-law, George Hendricks and William Medley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Patterson (Paul), Bernice Harman and Betty Kennison (Victor); her daughter-in-law Susan Johnstone; her sisters, Thelma Medley, Betty Boesger (Leonard) and Bonnie Hendricks; and her sister-in-law Garnette Westbrook. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, three step grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren, and 1 step great-great granddaughter.
