With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Tolley Sr. (Mineral City, Ohio), born in Summersville, West Virginia, who passed away on April 19, 2019 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henderson Tolley and Virginia Tolley (Lewis); his wife Pamela A. Tolley; and his daughter Tabitha Louise Bundy. He is survived by: his children, Winona Grant, Arlene Tolley, Jackie "Abigail" Gillingham-Miller (Foster), Arthur R Tolley, Jr., Scott Tolley, Michael Poland and Ronnie Collins (Bonnie); and his siblings, Nancy Bursee, Barbara Capalingo, Chrystal Reed, Doris Arkenburgh, Gary Tolley, Terry Tolley, Joe Tolley and Jeff Tolley. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
