He was predeceased by: his father Fred Cunningham; his wife Carol Pratt Cunningham; his sister Lisa Cunningham; and his father-in-law Charles Pratt. He is survived by: his parent Patricia Nogrady Cunningham of Millfield; his children, Allyson Cunningham of Chauncey and Luke Cunningham of Millfield; his sister Susan Wolfe (Randy) of Athens; his niece Emily Wolfe of Athens; and his mother-in-law Bonnie Pratt of Wellston. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
