She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel S. Kitchen and Ruby Azlee Gregg Kitchen; her husband Donald E. Ratliff; her son Barry Withrow; and her siblings, Betty Webster, Larry, Lewis and Jerry Kitchen.
She is survived by: her children, Patti Johnson (Fred) of Millfield and David Ratliff (Sandy) of Blacklick; her stepson Donald Stewart (Donna) of Krum, TX; her sister Shirley Blanton of Forest City, NC; and her siblings-in-law, Geneva Fox of Carey, Carolyn Cole of Upper Sandusky, Joyce Jacoby of Carey and Gene Ratliff (Bernice) of Upper Sandusky. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; several great, great grandchildren.
