Wallace, Sr. of Lancaster; his spouse Sheila Carsey Wallace of Millfield; his children, Jacob Smith, Allison Smith and Ean Wallace; and his siblings, Jack Wallace of Lancaster and Kelly Wallace of Lancaster.
