He was predeceased by: his parents, Denny Ratliff and Ollie White Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kitchen Ratliff; his children, Patti Johnson (Fred) of Millfield, David Ratliff (Sandy) of Blacklick and Donald Stewart (Donna) of Krum, TX; and his siblings, Geneva Fox of Carey, Carolyn Cole of Upper Sandusky, Joyce Jacoby (Bob) of Carey, Judy Mengerink (Fred) of Upper Sandusky, Gary Ratliff (Jeanette) of Las Vegas, NV and Gene Ratliff (Bernice) of Upper Sandusky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; several great, great grandchildren.
