He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Evan D. "Buddy", Betty Lou Earich, Paul and Neta Collins. He is survived by: his daughters, Athena Triglia of Columbus and Shelby Hook of San Diego, CA; the mother of his children Anita Triglia of San Diego; his parents, Carmella Earich (Gregory Stonerock) of Buckeye Lake and Richard A. Hook (Kathy) of Glouster; his brother Eric Michael Mitchell (Amber); his stepsiblings, Stormy Ball (Lee) and Buddy Vore; and his aunts and uncles, Cameron, J. D. Earich, Lisa Earich (Robert Newman), Tanya Jones (Doug) and Deborah Loper (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
