He is survived by: his daughter Connie Lewis of Millfield; his grandson Lewis of Millfield; his sister Patricia McDaniel of Nelsonville; and his close friends, Susan Loughridge, Don Arnold and Tom Sabo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
