She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Lewis (Steve Lewis); her granddaughter Stephanie Workman (Tyler); her great grandchild Jack; her granddaughter Holly Sarchet (Garrison); her great grandchildren, Heidi and Wyatt; her grandson Dr. Nick Lewis (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Hudson and Ellie Grace; and her friends, Janice Loudermilk, Stevie Kendrick and Bobbie Dennis.
