He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Thomas and Mildred Lenore Roberts (Young). He is survived by: his children, Richard Yance Roberts Jr. (Michele) of Carroll, Anthony Lawrence Roberts (Amanda) of Millersport and Elizabeth Theresa Butler (Kyle) of Millersport; his grandchildren, Sean (Julia), Joseph, Logan, Emma, Brynlee Roberts, Robert (Kayla) and Bailey Butler; his sisters, Yancey Ann Zimmer (James "Zeke") of Worthington, Mary Margaret Pry (Roger) of Groveport and Jane Ellen McKay (Richard) of Columbus; and his sisters-in-law, Carole Ann Roberts of Columbus and Kathleen "Kay" Irene Roberts of Moraga, California. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
