He was predeceased by: his father Hubbard Harper; his daughter Belinda Harper; his great grandchild Ava Malin Erickson; and his siblings, James Harper, Hildred Peterson, Rosalie Osburn and Norma Jean Louck.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Harper (Schroeder); his children, Ralph G. Harper, II of Millersport, Sheila Greene, Marcella Baughman (Delmas), Melisa Greathouse of Millersport, Tezra Inscore (Dave) of Florida and Vanessa Garbark (Dave) of Heath; his grandchildren, Dianne Erickson (Mike), Holly Baker (Chad), Mahala Harper, Keira Garbark, Reagan Ross Harper, Gage Harper, Nick, Luke Garbark, Nathan Greene (Corinne), Ashley Richardson (Austin), Evan Greene and Alicia Perko (Frankie); his great grandchildren, Serenity Wolfe, Aliah, Ciara, Madisan, Masan Baker, Johnny Richardson, Eli Greene, Vinnie and Frankie Perko; and his sisters, Dora Dicus (Jim) of Oakland and Greta Gray (Max) of Little Rock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
