He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Trimmer and Pearl Trimmer; his sisters, Olive Shimp and Lois Garey; and his granddaughter Kimberly Joy Clayton.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline; and his children, Nelson Don Trimmer (Jeri-Lynn) of Franklin, Tennessee and Pamela S. McIlwain (Scott) of Pataskala, Ohio. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers may be given to Trinity @ The Eastern Gate, 6389 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147 in Nelson's memory.
