He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Stephens (Freda) and Mary Davis (Harold); his brothers, George Stephens and Donald Stephens; his nephew Tim Stephens; and his granddaughter Brittany Brunson.
He is survived by: his wife Tamarra; his children, Natalio (Parker), Jessica Smitly (Justin) and Amanda Stephens (Richard Critchfield); his siblings, Lee Stephens (Joan), Ora Stephens (Lori), Marie Brumfield and Vickie Payne; his stepdaughter Beth Brunson (Stacy); his grandchildren, Hayley Critchfield, Richard Critchfield, Jr., Zachary Critchfield (Savannah Chester), Ryan Critchfield, Hannah Critchfield, Xander Critchfield, Breanna Smitley, Baydin Smitly, Cierra Price, Skylar Price and Shane Brunson; and his great grandchildren, Aria Price and Vaya Critchfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, extended and bonus family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Millersport Lions Club in Neal's honor.
