She is survived by: her husband John Lutz; her children, Junee Van Dyke, Kimberly Lutz and John Lutz (Leigh Ann); her grandchildren, Brent Barrett, Justin Barrett (Andrea), Shea Canaday (Katie), Courtney Van Dyke, Kelsey Sliker John A. (Mark) and Lutz IV; her great grandchildren, Nick, Summer, Taylor, Parker and Harper; and her sister Edna Binckley (Mary Wilkins).
The family prefers memorial contributions to the Grace Lutheran Church, 65 E Columbus St. Thornville, Ohio 43076.
