He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Pettet (Monica Lollo) and Todd Pettet (Michele); his grandchildren, Matt Pettet, Jenifer Smith (Shane) and Drew Pettet; his sisters, Janet Graf (Jeff) and Patty Bankes; his nephews, Tracy Pettet and Chris Strawn; his niece Amy Pettet; and his great-nephew Andrew Pettet (Holly).
