He is survived by: his wife Melissa Pierce-Rutherford; his children, Elena Rutherford, Kara Rutherford, Ryan Rutherford, Constance Bales (Zack) and Felicity Finley (Cameron); his grandchildren, Kaylinn, Emilia, Hayden and Angelina; his siblings, Marian Ramirez (John) and Chris Rutherford (Kim); and his nieces and nephews, Candace, Alex Ramirez and Jordon Rutherford.
