He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Tim and Carol Evans (Martin); and his brother Tim Evans. He is survived by: his son Tyler Evans (Beth) of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Tucker and Taelynn Evans; his brother Tom Evans of Millersburg; and his nephews, Justin Evans (Kelee) of Millersburg and Heath Evans of Millersburg.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Alexander Funeral Home to help defray costs.
