She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis B. Tipton and Elsie M. Tipton (Doty). She is survived by: her husband Arthur R. Biddulph; her children, Lisa A. Steele, Arthur C. Biddulph and Katherine L. Blevins; her grandchildren, Daniel Steele, Sarah Steele and Alexandra Blevins; and her brothers, Thomas Tipton, Eric Tipton and Christopher Tipton.

In her memory, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
