She is survived by: her husband Terry "Tick" Frazier; her sons, Scott Frazier (Megan) of Millersburg, Derek Frazier (Amy) of Killbuck and Troy Ragland (Stephanie) of Spencer; and her caregiver Donna Haas.
Family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare.
