He was predeceased by: his stepfather James Howland; and his grandparents, Woodrow and Delphia Butler. He is survived by: his daughters, Arla Kandel and Jasmine Kandel; his parent Brenda Howland (Butler); and his brother Randy Kandel (Jennifer).
