He is survived by: his father Richard Polcyn, Sr. (Dick); his siblings, Richard Polcyn, Jr. (Debbie), Nancy Birnbaum (Anthony), Mary Sodich (Stephen), Timothy Polcyn (Pamela), Matthew Polcyn (Matt), James Polcyn (Heidi), Christian Polcyn and Esther Ware (Michael); his sister-in-law Jennifer Polcyn; his uncles, Harold Springsteen (Carole), James Springsteen (Judy), Richard Springsteen (Brenda) and Kenneth Springsteen (Stephanie); and his aunt Prudence Pufahl (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and friends.
