He is survived by: his spouse Becky Butler; his children, Russell L. Noll of Kentucky, Troy A. Noll (Christina) of Tennessee and Rachel N. Butler of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Kelly Hollifield, Anthony Rose, Russell Noll-Reed, Andrew Noll, Jordan Noll, Opalinda Noll, Austin Noll, Trevor Noll, Emily Bennett, Justin Mathews, Eric Mathews and Brayden Butler; and his siblings, Florence "Sis" Granger and Charles "Chuck" Noll (Penny).
