He is survived by: his spouse Tracy Haines (Chapman) of Millersburg; his children, Ryan Haines (Alyssa) of Killbuck, Ashton Haines and Katelyn White (Marcus) of Millersburg; his grandson Knox A. Haines; his mother Ada Haines of Coshocton; his siblings, Kathy Julian (Elino) of Croton and Clarence "Matt" Haines (Susie) of Charlotte, NC; his nephews, Joshua Julian of Croton and Guy Julian of Centerburg; his niece Morgan Haines of Charlotte, NC; and his sister-in-law Kayla Chapman of Conesville.
