He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Sr. Daugherty and Shirley Byler Daugherty. He is survived by: his sisters, Debra Lynn Pontius of West Virginia and Sharon Lang (Larry) of Florida; his niece Nikki Zawojski (Rob); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amara, Alex and Andreana of Pennsylvania.
