She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Alexander (Ronald) of Millersburg and Theresa Sutherland (Larry) of Blanchester, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jamie Alexander (Brandee Hall) of Millersburg, Tiffany Rouse (Jerry) of Millersburg and Jake Alexander (Rachel Fair) of Millersburg; her great grandchildren, Madison Rouse (Chas Morris), Jed Alexander (Makayla Palm), Nadia Rouse (Major Mackey), Alicia Alexander, Kale Alexander and Gavin Alexander; her great great grandchildren, Finlee Bowen Morris and Mazlee Arrow Morris; her siblings, Ruby Willoughby of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Jack Carmichael of Harrodsburg, Kentucky; her granddaughter Cailyn Miller; and her nephew Kenny. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
