She is survived by: her children, Lorry Madison (Brent) of Wooster, Thomas Hearn of Deer Park, John Christopher Hearn (Missy) of Lake Buckhorn and Jennifer Zurakowski Boggs (Jason) of Shreve, Ohio; her grandchildren, Chris Ketchum, Danielle Arnold, Ryan Black (Holly), Anthony Hearn and Bailey Madison; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Lily, Payton, Rohin and Jack; her siblings, Kathryn Yoder (Mose) of Millersburg, Madelyn Boals of Loudonville, Mary Raber (Ervin) of Brinkhaven and Daryl Cline of Glenmont, Ohio; her sister-in-law Janet Cline of Millersburg, Ohio; her former husbands, Thomas Hearn (Sharon) of Texas and Bruce Zurakowski of Shreve; and also, Scott Magers, Holly Magers and Susan Wilson (Chad). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
