She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Clark; her son Preston Phillips; and her grandparents, Alva (Linda Sinnett), Dwight and Vera Clark.
She is survived by: her mother Tanya Bernard (Sinnett); her son Joshua Phillips of Ashland; her brother Denny Clark (Misty) of Millersburg; and her nephew Brexton Clark.
