She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray Gerber and Evelyn Gerber (Weiss); and her children, Shawn Anthony Brooks and Tawni Brooks Guerra. She is survived by: her spouse Dave Brooks; her son Jason Brooks (Patty) of Millersburg; her grandchildren, Sosha Brooks, Warner Brooks, Ricky Guerra and Reilly Guerra; her siblings, Brenda Walk of Millersburg, Bob Gerber (Rita) and Mike Gerber (Shirley); and also Russell Pingley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
