She is survived by: her husband Gary Hoxworth of Millersburg; her son Stacey Hoxworth (Teresa) of Knoxville, TN.; and her grandchildren, Asheleigh, Tyler Hoxworth of Knoxville, TN, Jake, Blaine, Bailee and Reid Hoxworth of Millersburg.
