She is survived by: her uncle Marion; her aunt Karen; her mother Phyllis Deloris Cool (Canada) of Millersburg, Ohio; her children, Dylan Paul Hamilton (Kamaira) of Warsaw, Samantha Ross Hamilton (Josh) of Conesville and Todd Dalton Boyes of Conesville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Oakley and Paisley; her siblings, Johnny Cool (Debbie) of Spring Mountain and Lori Martin (Brian) of Spring Mountain; and her nieces and nephews, Alexis, Sierra, Dakota, Timmy Lee and Alec.
