He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Underwood and June Underwood; and his brother Gene Underwood. He is survived by: his siblings, Dewight Underwood, Jack Underwood (Pam) and Helen Morris (Rick Fox); and his son Josh. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
