He is survived by: his wife Kay Carpenter; his children, Terry VanSickle (Karen) of Millersburg, Greg VanSickle of Millersburg, Jeff VanSickle (Lisa) of Millersburg and Beth Morris of Millersburg; and his siblings, Floyd VanSickle of Millersburg, Cheryl Kays of Millersburg, Karen Stringfellow of Killbuck and Shirley Kettlewell of Denver, Colorado..
