She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi L. and Susan Schlabach (Raber); her spouse Paul R. Phillips; and her siblings, Roy Schlabach, Mattie Miller, Clara Miller and Levi Schlabach Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Roland Philips and Karen Phillips of Indiana; her grandchildren, Bronson Patterson (Alisha) of Columbus and Katie Nicole Lyons of Indiana; her great grandchild Alister Jaxson Lyons; and her siblings, Mel Schlabach of Canton, Abe Schlabach (Susie) of Dundee and Mary Yutzy of Walnut Creek. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
