He is survived by: his wife Cathy A. Patterson; his daughter Lisa Simpson (Joseph Hoxworth) of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Cameron St (Courtney), Cayla Martin (Clay) of Killbuck, Cody Chaney (Bree) of Millersburg and Tyler Chaney of Orrville; his great grandchildren, Aubrielle, Mason, Juliana and Aurora; his sister Lois Kent (Gary) of Loudonville; his sister-in-law Sandy Weiland of Millersburg; and his cousins, Judy and June.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare.
