He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Strouse and Twila Strouse (Matheny); his wife Beatrice Irene (Bower); and his siblings, Duane, Tom and Peggy Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Strouse (Sharon) of Millersburg, Beth Crone (John) of Shreve, Aaron Strouse (Faye) of Millersburg and Donna Swartzentruber (Greg) of Apple Creek; his grandchildren, Jordan, Marie, Lorraine, Keaton, Peter, Jill, George, Quin, Nicole, Natalie, Emily, Andrea and Olivia; and his sister Lois Blanchard. He is also survived by 20 greatgrandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Holmes County Senior Center (Darb Snyder) 170 Parkview Dr., Millersburg, OH 44654.
