He was predeceased by: his father Wendell Clark; his grandmother Carolyn Ridenbaugh; his uncle Rick Ridenbaugh; and his cousin Stevie Pearce. He is survived by: his mother Cathy Clark (Ridenbaugh) of Millersburg; his children, Andrea Clark of Killbuck, Ohio and Bradlee Clark of Killbuck, Ohio; his grandchildren, Trenton Weaver, Carson Weaver and Dakota Clark; his brother Jeremy Clark (Sharon) of Holmesville; his nieces and nephews, Kae and Alec Clark; and his grandparents, Denver Ridenbaugh and Irene Clark.
