He is survived by: his children, Amy Howell of Mohicianville, Andy Campbell of Ashland and Adam Campbell of Ashland; his grandchildren, Alania, Dakota, Hailey and Katheryn; his great grandchild Kinsley; and his siblings, Sam Campbell (Janice), Doris Houser and Patsy Kauffman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
