He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Albert and Lela Guthrie (Cox); his granddaughter Nikkalee Boatman; and his siblings, Kenneth, Paul, Roger Guthrie and Nancy Guthrie.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Guthrie (Brillhart); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Carpenter (Barron), Tina Westmoreland, Mandy Todd (Jason), Jamie Darr (Tony), Missy Mossman (Tim), Ryan Boatman (Nena), Matthew Kraksy (Meghan), Brian Krasky (Stephanie) and Angela Wright. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
