He is survived by: his spouse Florence C. Slack; his sons, David Mullet (Tammie) of Millersburg, Ohio, Tim Mullet of Millersburg, Ohio and John Mullet (Sherry) of Millersburg, Ohio; and his siblings, Bill Mullet of Killbuck, Maryellen Baugher of Millwood and Louann Rippeth of Killbuck. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
