He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Thomas Stevens and Wilma Stevens (Witt); and his former wife Cynthia Stevens. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Miller (Myron) and Garth Stevens II (Breigh); his grandchildren, Chad Miller (Noel), Brant Miller (Jana), Andie Stevens, Sophia Stevens and Ivy Stevens; and also, Isabel, Micah and Cade Miller.
