She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarance Vaughn and Nellie Vaughn Sr. (McCauslin); her husband Wallace Cullen; her children-in-law, Tom Swisher and Dana Cullen; her grandson James; and her siblings, Dorothy, Effie, Mildred, Ruth, Jim, Fred, Junior and Charles "Butch".
She is survived by: her children, Larry Cullen and Patricia Swisher; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Dustin, Rachel, Randall and Beth; her great grandchildren, Jalyce, Kinleigh, Greyson, Emma, Ben, Hailey, Madison, Brittany and Brooke; her great great grandchild Ledger; and her brother Tom Vaughn.
