She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Spurlock of Mansfield, OH, Donnie Spurlock of Millersburg, OH, Gregory Curtis Spurlock, Nell Spurlock of Columbus, OH and Karen Spurlock of Millersburg, OH; and her brothers, Ted Spurlock of Columbus, OH, Charles Spurlock of Prestonsburg, Darrell Spurlock of Prestonsburg and Arnold Spurlock of Millersburg, OH. She is also survived by one sister, Juanita Spurlock, KY, nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
