He is survived by: his son Dominic Lee Maxwell of Shreve, Ohio; his parents, Linda Eastep of Millersburg, Ohio and Charles Maxwell of Killbuck, Ohio; his grandparents, Jack and Gladys Maxwell; and his sisters, Alison Williamson (Charles) of Dundee and Emilee Maxwell of Millersburg, Ohio. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
