Emma Hochstetler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Hochstetler of Millersburg, Ohio, who passed away on June 27, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mose J. S. and Katie Yoder (Troyer); her husband John J. Hochstetler; her children, Mose Yoder of Holmesville, Mary Wengerd (Joe) of Elkhart, IN, Katy Miller (Andrew Jr.) of Holmesville, Wayne Yoder (Ada) of Dalton, Esther Miller (Fred) and Leroy Yoder of Pikeville, TN; her stepsons, Roy Hochstetler of Sugarcreek, Albert Hochstetler (Lydia) of Sugarcreek, John Hochstetler Jr. of Dundee and Joe Hochstetler (Janice) of Millersburg; her stepchildren-in-law, Melvin Miller of Holmesville and Kathy Hochstetler of Dundee; her brother Joe Yoder (Kathryn) of Walnut Creek; her sister-in-law Ella Yoder of Baltic; her daughter-in-law Betty Yoder; her stepchildren, Katie Miller and Willis Hochstetler; and her siblings, Phineas Yoder, Abe Yoder, Mattie Wengerd, Lizzie Yoder and Mary Yoder. She was also cherished by 26 grandchildren and 75 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, graveside services for the family will be held at the Raber Cemetery, Hardy Township, Holmes County.
