Smail; her children, Jessica Jones (Michael) of Apple Creek, Lyndsey Stout (Mickey) of Wooster and Logan Stout of Wooster; her stepchildren, Beth Lengacher (Nate) of Millersburg, Brittany Smail of Orrville and Bryan Smail of Wooster; her grandchildren, Darrin, Alexis, Rowdy, Rayna and Anna; and her siblings, Sharon Yoder (David), Brenda Carrick, Diane Miller, Cindy Warther (Bob), Connie Rex (Tod), Randy Yoder (Ann) and Karen Sullivan.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Faith Bible Church or to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare.
