She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Workman and Ruth Workman (Bevington); her siblings, Clifford, Les "Red" and Alice Medina; and her grandson Bryan Doty.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald D. Doty; her children, Donald L. "Bud", Darryl (Linda) and Denise; her former husband Jake Sprang; her stepsons, John, Mike, Louie, Jim, Kerry and Todd; and her sister Patricia Walentik of Orrville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions be made to LifeCare Hospice.
